We are delighted to announce a change in the management structure at MechTronic due to our continued success. This change is aimed at further enhancing our commitment to providing exceptional products and services to our valued customers. As we continue to grow and evolve, we need to adapt our business to ensure we operate at the highest level of efficiency and innovation.
Introducing our new management structure
Chris Wilkie has been promoted to Head of Commercial and is now responsible for Sales and Marketing, as well as day-to-day commercial decisions. Chris has worked at MechTronic for 9 years, gaining experience in production, purchasing, and internal sales, which has provided him with valuable knowledge and understanding of the business to progress into this position.
Lee Firbank has advanced to Head of Operations and is now responsible for Production and Engineering while maintaining his current role within the Service Department. Lee has been with MechTronic for just over a year and has already made significant changes to the business. He has been successful in working with our team of engineers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Finally, Vicky Wild joins Brad Wilkie (Managing Director) and Simon Haigh (Technical Director) on the MechTronic board as Finance Director. Vicky has been with the business for nearly 8 years and has shown great commitment to the team.
