In the seventh of our series of articles that focus on our technical support:

We meet Rachel, our technical support coordinator. 

Rachel has been with MechTronic for six years and joined as a part time admin assistant to the Finance team. Two years ago, she moved over to the Support Team, and she now supports and coordinates the team, on a full-time basis as the technical support coordinator. 

Rachel said: “I really enjoy my job and strive to give excellent customer service every day.”  

What does Rachel do in her spare time? 

“During lockdown I completed the couch to 5k and have continued to run ever since, which is an achievement I am really proud of.”
