Building a strong team is like assembling the pieces of a puzzle. Everyone brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and quirks that contribute to our collective success. We understand that a cohesive team is the backbone of any thriving organisation. That’s why we nurture an environment where collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie flourish!

Our support team is headed up by Lee Firbank. Lee has been with us for six months now and works closely with Rachel, our technical support coordinator. Rachel has been with MechTronic for nearly eight years and is a real asset to the team and has built a fantastic rapport with customers and engineers alike.

MechTronic Service Team

Just recently Courtney joined the service team as our customer service coordinator. Courtney’s new role will see her liaise with customers and provide that all-important after-sales service. Courtney has been with MechTronic for just over four years now having started in our production team, where she has developed excellent product knowledge that will prove highly beneficial to her discussions with customers going forward.

Finally, we could not provide the unrivalled support service that MechTronic strives to offer without our team of support engineers:

  • Martin Adam is our engineer for the South West.
  • Derek Dymond covers the Yorkshire area.
  • Lee Frangleton is our engineer for the North West.
  • Jason Hall is our engineer for the Midlands.
  • Gareth Leonard covers Wales.
  • Iain MacKenzie covers Inverness.
  • Lyndon Maltby is our engineer for Scotland.
  • Daniel Wadey is our engineer for the North East.

Geographically split across the country, our engineers are always there to provide an efficient service and get our customers back on the road quickly and safely.
